GIVING TUESDAY + Hesed Community Church

Over the years, Grace Church has partnered with Hesed Community Church in Detroit with a focus on supporting the neighborhood, sharing our resources and developing partnerships with Hesed and those they serve. Hesed Community Church is a strategic partner working in the Brightmoor neighborhood, one of the poorest communities in Detroit. We have learned a lot from Hesed Community Church as they seek to serve their neighborhood, and we have partnered with them in doing just that. We have been involved in community center clean ups and garden projects, ministry housing renovations, the annual Pride for Parents Christmas Store and inviting pastors to share more about their ministries and teach us how to effectively transform our communities through Christ-centered service.

We hope to continue this partnership and this Giving Tuesday will provide us with one of many opportunities. Every penny given to Grace Church on Tuesday, November 29th, will go to support Hesed as they seek to create a transformational community in Brightmoor.  For more information on ways to give, and to set up a one-time or recurring gift you can go to our website.
