Sundays at 10 AM

Dave Collins

Location Pastor

Grace West was planted in late 2018, and we will have the same focus: to become a place where newcomers, beginners, and explorers can find a home for worship, community, and mission. Our worship service features authentic in-person music and preaching, a full kids program, and opportunities to connect before and after the service. Our Community Group ministry provides a great connection outside of Sunday mornings for adults to connect, and our Grace Student Ministries meets every Sunday from 5-7pm with our Grace church locations. We work with strategic partners in our community and around the world to serve people in practical ways while living out the gospel of Jesus Christ.

As the planting Pastor for Grace West, my heart is for anyone who walks through our door to discover authentic friendships, a spiritual connection with Jesus, and a powerful experience of God’s grace. Alongside my wife Deb, I’ve served in ministry in the Ann Arbor area for over 30 years, and love to bring my hobbies of fly fishing, camping, and running into my leadership whenever possible. I also love that we are part of a network of like minded churches living on mission for Jesus.

Sunday at 10:00 am
5171 Jackson Rd
Ann Arbor, MI

Please join us any Sunday at 10am. While each week is unique in its theme, emphasis, and approach, we always offer time for singing, prayer, teaching, and reflection. Our worship style is eclectic and varies from modern contemporary to ancient liturgical, while our preaching features common sense approaches to the scripture. We’ve got coffee and tea available each week, as well as our GraceKids program for kids ages nursery through 5th grade that runs alongside our worship time for adults. (Kids of all ages are welcome with their parents in our worship services, though most parents enjoy having their kids connect in GraceKids.)

Every week our GraceKids team works alongside parents to help children learn about Jesus and the gospel in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. We have a secure check-in/check-out system to help ensure the security of our children, and a background checked volunteer team that has received training in child safety protocols.

Every Sunday evening, at 5 PM, Grace Student Ministries (GSM) provides a place for students in grades 6-12 to explore more of who God is and who He’s inviting us to become. We hope your student will join us this Sunday at our central Ann Arbor location as we pursue Jesus, connect deeply, and change the world!

Of course, we know that church isn’t just a Sunday service. In our midweek community groups, you can expect to connect with 8-15 people. In these small communities, you will be encouraged to engage in life-giving conversations and wrestle through important questions as you learn together to better live out your faith. We have groups that are meeting both virtually and in person. Let us know if you’d like to be a part of one of our groups!
