Are you looking for a mindfulness practice that will add more calm to your life? Please join me in a Guided Meditation session followed by conversation afterwards. Meditations will cover topics such as anxiety, stress, fear, joy, and appreciation.

No prior experience in meditation necessary. All are welcome. All sessions will take place at the comfort of your own space, through a Zoom call coordinated by the leaders. You will need a quiet (uninterrupted) comfortable space for 30 minutes for this practice.
